Getting started

From zero to your first AI-written client report in under an hour.

Set up your organization

  1. 1Sign up at /signup with your agency or company name — this creates your organization and makes you its owner.
  2. 2Complete the workspace wizard for your first client: name, industry, monthly budget, target ROAS and KPIs. The AI uses all of this as context.
  3. 3You can rename the organization any time from Settings → General.

Invite your team

  1. 1Go to Settings → Team and enter a teammate's email.
  2. 2Choose a role: Admins see every client workspace; Members only see workspaces they're granted.
  3. 3Your teammate receives an invite link, sets a password, and lands in the organization automatically.

Connect Meta, Google and TikTok

  1. 1Open a client workspace and go to Connections.
  2. 2Click the platform, sign in with an account that has access to the client's ad accounts, and approve the OAuth request.
  3. 3Pick the specific ad account(s) that belong to this client — data starts syncing within minutes, with history backfilling over the first day.
  4. 4Connection health is monitored automatically; you'll be warned before a token expires.

Connect Shopify / WooCommerce and GA4

  1. 1In the same Connections screen, choose Shopify (or WooCommerce) and authorize the store — revenue, orders and product data flow into the dashboard next to ad spend.
  2. 2Connect GA4 to add site-side analytics to the attribution picture.
  3. 3For lead-gen clients, skip the store and set the workspace's dashboard type to lead-gen — you'll get conversion-goal cards instead of revenue.

Run your first AI analysis & report

  1. 1Open Analysis in the client workspace and run a full analysis — the Brain reviews spend, performance and pacing against the client's goals.
  2. 2Review the recommendations; convert any of them into tasks for your team with one click.
  3. 3Generate a report and publish its public share link — your client can open it in any browser, no account needed.
