Which platforms does AdBreeze Brain connect to?+
Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads for paid media; Shopify and WooCommerce for store revenue; and Google Analytics 4 for site analytics. All connections use the platforms' official OAuth APIs.
What does the AI actually do?+
It reads every connected account's daily data — spend, results, creative performance, pacing — against each client's stated goals (target ROAS, KPIs, budget), then produces prioritized recommendations, weekly analyses, chat answers and client-ready reports. You can also act on campaigns (pause, rename, re-budget) directly from the dashboard.
Does it work for lead generation, not just e-commerce?+
Yes. Every client workspace is set up as either e-commerce or lead-gen. Lead-gen workspaces get conversion-goal dashboards built around leads, calls, messages and form fills instead of revenue.
Can my clients see their reports?+
Every report can be published to a public share link that clients open in the browser — no account, no login. You control when links are created and can revoke them.
Teams & workspaces
How does the organization structure work?+
One person signs up and creates the organization. They invite team members (owner, admin or member roles), and create a client workspace for every brand or client. Owners and admins see all workspaces; members see the workspaces they're granted.
Is there a limit on team members or clients?+
No — unlimited team members and unlimited client workspaces on every plan.
Can I move a client between team members?+
Yes — workspace access is granted per member, so handing a client to a different specialist is a one-click access change, not a data migration.
Pricing & billing
How does pricing work?+
A monthly minimum plus a small tiered percentage of the ad spend you manage through the platform. Everything is included — no seats, no feature gates. See the pricing page for the interactive calculator.
What does the free trial include?+
Everything, for 14 days, no credit card. Connect real accounts, invite your team, generate real reports.
Can I pay by invoice instead of card?+
Enterprise and sales-created accounts can be set up with manual invoicing and custom terms — talk to sales.
Security & data
How is my data protected?+
OAuth tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), all traffic is TLS, sessions are httpOnly cookies, and each client's data is scoped to its workspace with role-based access control.
Can you change things in my ad accounts without me knowing?+
No. Campaign changes only happen when someone on your team explicitly triggers them in the dashboard, and every change is logged in the activity history.
What happens to my data if I leave?+
Disconnect your accounts at any time — that revokes our access at the platform level. On request we delete your organization's stored data entirely.
